Strathcona Paper Centre

Greater Napanee's new $9.8 million Strathcona Paper Centre opened September 1, 2004.  This 93,315 sq.ft. facility is located on McPherson Drive between Jim Kimmett Blvd. and Hwy 401, just west of Hwy 41.  The multi-purpose complex boasts two NHL-size ice pads (200' x 85') with fixed seating for 800 people in the Goodyear Rink and bench seating for 200 people in the Cintas Rink. 

The facility hosts approximately 7,000 sq.ft. of retail space including AM Sports (613) 354-6276, Richmond Fitness (613) 354-2454 and Lyle Hamilton Physiotherapy (613) 354-4410.  It also contains a Banquet Hall with a capacity for 400 people, meeting rooms, fully licenced lounges which overlook both ice pads, canteen venues and is home to the Department of Parks & Recreation.  Outside, the facility has one standard soccer pitch to accommodate the growing demand for sport in our community.
